Vintage Nancy Noel framed art print captures a tender scene of a young girl holding a cat, nestled among colorful quilts. This piece features a double-matted design in blue and pink, housed within an ornate gold-tone frame with a braided texture. The artwork displays the artist's signature and a distinct embossed seal at the bottom. A sawtooth hanger is attached to the back for easy wall mounting.
