Return Policy:

At Basket Case Designs, LLC., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

• Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at: basketcasedesignsllc@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping Costs:

• We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
